In life, I firmly believe that by nurturing ourselves, we gain the strength to uplift others. That’s why, over the past few years, I’ve dedicated myself to building a business and online platform where individuals like you can discover, filter, and book wellness experiences tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking a week-long retreat to rejuvenate your spirit or an afternoon workshop delving into the nourishment of body and mind, We Retreat is here to support you every step of the way.
Our vision is simple yet profound: to offer wellness opportunities for all. Regardless of gender, age, or background, we welcome everyone into our community with open arms. From women to men, families to kids, our goal remains unwavering—to provide inclusive wellness experiences that resonate with every individual.
Along my journey, I’ve been fortunate to connect with incredible providers in the wellness space. This journey illuminated the path towards a greater purpose: leveraging our business and profits to fund vital wellness initiatives within our communities. Through the creation of We Retreat and the establishment of the We Retreat Charitable Trust, we’ve embarked on a mission to make wellness accessible to all, not just a privileged few. And we’re delighted to have you join us on this meaningful journey!

I am the co-founder of We Retreat. I’ve been inspired to join We Retreat with my friend and long-standing colleague as we embark on a mission to position wellness as an everyday necessity. I’m inspired to help people from all walks of life to access wellness knowledge and experiences. For me wellness is not something we should consider as a luxury, but an essential part of taking care of ourselves and what empowers my work with We Retreat is that our own wellness should always be a priority.
My extensive experience in the tourism industry has provided me with the opportunity to bridge wellness and tourism together. We see that there is a great opportunity to connect an amazing network of providers with both consumers and corporate guests and I can’t wait to champion wellness tourism in this way.
With Love, Julia
With the help of gifted wellness providers, we are creating transformative experiences for both individuals and companies.
To support and promote the importance of taking care of ourselves, and in doing so we help to take care of others.
We connect with passionate and talented health and wellness providers to deliver authentic experiences for all genders, ages and interests. From luxury high end escapes to build your own retreats on a smaller budget, or a one day workshop, we are fully inclusive. We then purpose our profit to create a positive effect in our communities by making health and wellness experiences available to more people, more often, without any prejudice. Here’s how….
We Retreat was founded on the basis of making profit for a purpose. For every experience booked via our website we set aside a portion of our profits so we can fund work where it’s needed in the community.
This is the mission of the We Retreat Charitable Trust*. We give our providers the opportunity to apply for funding that can help an individual, charity or group, who they know really needs it. The funds will give them the means to carry out pro-bono work within the community.
